Anthony was born and raised in Tampa, Florida where he attended Tampa Catholic High School. In 2007, Anthony graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.In the spring of 2010, he then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, Florida’s first accredited law school. Anthony is a good standing member of the Florida Bar.

After practicing as an associate attorney for Mark T. Tate, P.A. for several years, where he worked for nationally prominent clients including the New York Yankees and Advantage Waypoint, Anthony decided to join multiple generations of his family as an owner of a local small-business. As an owner of Keystone Title Agency, Inc., Anthony is personally committed to every aspect of your title needs and experience. Anthony is also a partner owner of Messina Law Group, P.A., where his areas of practice include real estate and business transactions, specifically mergers and acquisitions.

Anthony and his family have been lifelong members of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Ybor City, and most recently contributed to the renovation efforts to update the church and allow it continue its ministry to the community for years to come.

Jacqueline “Jackie” Cochran is traded Detroit, Michigan’s winter coats for Florida’s sandals over 30 years ago, when she moved to Pasco County and started her career in the real estate industry, as a licensed title agent. She’s spent almost that entire career at Keystone Title Agency and its affiliate companies. As an experienced title agent she is able to provide buyers, sellers and realtors the comfort of knowing no transaction presents a novel circumstance. Jackie lives locally with her husband Joey and takes full advantage of the beautiful local beaches and spending time with her two young grandsons.

Like Anthony, Maryann is a lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area and also attended Tampa Catholic High School. She’s spent the last twenty years working in and around the local real estate industry, as a mortgage lender and more recently in the title business. As Keystone’s business development officer, Maryann is active in multiple local chapters of Partners In Networking, as well as the Pinellas Realtor Organization, where she as represented Keystone as an affiliate member. Personally, Maryann enjoys chartable work and volunteering with the American Cancer Society, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Feeding Tampa Bay, Sunrise of Pasco as well as St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church. Maryann lives locally in New Tampa with Cliff Yaney, her husband of over 35 years and enjoys spoiling her grandkids Kate and Cali as often as possible.

As Hilda was born into a military family, the best way to describe her childhood is born and raised in the United States. While originally from Washington State, Hilda has lived in Michigan, Puerto Rico among other states. Eventually Hilda and her family settled into Florida in 1984 where she started in the title business as a receptionist, as a processor and ultimately getting her title license and becoming a closer. Hilda has been valued member of the Keystone Title staff since the early 90’s. Hilda’s wealth of experience in the title industry as well as her dedication to continuing education via seminars and other research, allow her to provide the most effective service to our customers and allow them to have confidence in their transactions closing on time.

In her personal time, Hilda enjoys shopping, reading and going to musical concerts. She’s also passionate about contributing to military causes and animal charities such as the humane society.

I was raised in Pasco County. I started in the title industry over 25 years ago. I am a licensed title agent with experience in all types of real estate transactions. I live in Homosassa and I like to spend my time with my family who are the most important part of my life. I enjoy being on the water. Fishing is my favorite, along with air-boating and relaxing at the Spring.

I have been working in the title industry since 1993. I am experienced in all types of real estate transactions over the last 28 years. I have worked as a receptionist, processor and title agent. I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 1998 I decided to relocate to Florida so I could be closer to my happy place “the beach”. In my spare time I love spending time with my beautiful daughter Maleah, going to the beach, traveling and watching sports.
